About the Course
Not sure where to start in yoga? This class breaks it down in a safe space. Learn the lingo, basic alignment of postures, simple breathing techniques and how to use props to support your yoga practice. Join us for an exploration on the mat, ask questions and learn what works best for your body. Class size is limited to 10 students and is a 6 week course. Come as you are and have fun! (Beginner-friendly)
